As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly. Your primary duties will involve picking, packing, and sorting orders, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. You'll also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, which is essential for productivity and safety. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn new skills. Attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting, though training will be provided for those with a strong desire to enter the logistics field. Understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, is a mandatory requirement. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and some Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. - Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety and PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets.
