Primary Job Responsibilities
Operate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe manner Operate a stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed Unload trucks and put inventory away Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high Load trucks with empty dunnage Expectations
Make safety personal Must be able to stand for 8-9 hours a day. Must be available for overtime and weekend work. Must have good communication skills. Maintain self-confidence and self-esteem of others Maintain constructive relationships Take initiative to make things better Lead by example Be on time Qualifications and Experience
Sit down forklift experience is mandatory Ariel lift, boom lift, scissor lift, and stand-up forklift experience Must be able to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check Certifications (Preferred):
Forklift certification (e.g., OSHA-compliant). Scissor lift certification. Aerial/boom lift certification. Stand-up forklift certification. Avancez is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
