West Shire Decks is hiring.

We are a family owned business that is growing at a double digit pace year after year and shaking up the deck building industry. We build outdoor living spaces where families can gather and memories can be made. Currently, we are looking for a motivated professional Sales Executive to join our team.

Our relationship building Sales Executive will focus on in home sales presentations focused on outdoor living spaces. Appointments are pre-qualified and the majority will be scheduled Monday through Friday, with some possible Saturday morning appointments, and few evening appointments.

Duties Include:

1. Establishing relationships with families

2. Seeking out additional leads via networking and cold calling

3. Communicating with customers prior to and during the construction process

4. Updating management on projects, sales and leads

5. Daily use of a CRM5. Work with management team to boost sales

6. Develop plans for growth and profitability

7. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

8. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

9. Attend and contribute in weekly sales meetings

Sales experience is preferred.

Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills required

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills required

Compensation features an initial training wage, followed by 100% commission based on sales. First year realistic earnings $75K+. Year two, 100K+

This is not a typical home improvement sales role and not a typical home improvement company. We listen to each other and collaborate internally as well as with families to achieve results. We build decks. We build them well. We prioritize craftsmanship and customer experience. This role sets the bar for all other customer interactions, and we set it very high.

Company vehicle may be provided after the initial training period is successfully completed.
