Certified Personal Trainer

Are you seeking a facility that caters to the clients and staff? Join our amazing team of Trainers. Balance for Life Fitness Center in Arden Hills is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer. Balance for Life was established in 2000. We are a non-membership-based facility that offer Pilates, Personal Training, Yoga and Massage therapy. You must be certified through a national organization such as NASM, ACSM, ACE with a minimum of 2 years of experience and a fitness degree is a plus but not a requirement. We provide the clients which means no sales for you. You focus on training clients. Working one-on-one with clients creating customized programs to assist them in achieving their fitness goals.

We are seeking a Personal Trainer that has experience with functional training, working with clients age 40+ and training clients that have injuries. All staff are employees and compensation is based on experience, education and availability. We are seeking a candidate that is available 12-20 hours a week. We are specifically seeking a Trainer that is available some of these hours: Mondays 4-8 pm, Tuesdays 4-8 pm, Wed 6 am-10 am, Fri 8-4, Sat 9-1, Sun 9:30-1:30

If you are a Trainer that is also Certified in Pilates, Yoga, Group Fitness, Massage that can create a more diversified schedule for you also, as we offer those services as well.

We are a by appointment only facility, we do not sell memberships, we are not a health club, we have a small amount of people in the facility at one time so we can focus on one client at a time. We have small classes, max of 6 people. Balance for Life is a client and staff focused business. Our staff have been with us for many, many years.
