RN Nursing Supervisor

Felicity Home Health is a New Jersey–based Health Care Services Firm providing high-quality personal care and companion services to seniors across Hudson and Essex Counties. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor during our startup phase and beyond.

This is a flexible, part-time leadership role ideal for an RN interested
looking to stay clinically engaged without full-time or bedside work.
The Nursing Supervisor will oversee caregiving staff, support care plan creation and care quality, and ensure compliance with New Jersey HCSF regulations. Hours will be limited initially, with a gradual increase expected as the client base grows.

Role Description

• Participate in firm licensing, survey, and accreditation preparedness
• Lead clinical operations, including care coordination, scheduling oversight, and service changes
• Conduct client assessments, create care plans, and review client documentation
• Supervise Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) staff, including periodic supervisory visits
• Support onboarding and orientation of new caregiver staff
• Ensure agency's ongoing compliance with NJ HCSF regulations and licensing requirements
• Collaborate with the Administrator on clinical and operational strategy as the agency grows

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (home care, community health, or public health preferred)
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly rate: $30–$50 per hour (depending on experience)
• Initial commitment of 5–10 hours per week during licensing and early operations, with hours ramping up gradually as client volume increases
• Flexible schedule with a mix of remote documentation and in-field visits
