Accounting Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Muserk is a growing music publishing administration company seeking an experienced, dynamic and detail oriented Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. This role serves as the senior internal accounting position and works closely with ownership and leadership to ensure accurate financial records, strong internal controls, and timely reporting. As the Company continues to grow, this role offers meaningful opportunity to expand in scope and responsibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee general ledger activity and month-end/year-end close

• Manage cash flow, banking, AP/AR

• Coordinate payroll through outsourced provider

• Prepare financial statements and support budgeting

• Maintain accounting systems and controls

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• 5+ years accounting experience

• Experience supervising bookkeeping staff

• Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cash flow analysis, budget forecasting,
