Construction Laborer

Overview:

We are hiring a dependable General Laborer to assist with fiber optic installation projects. Duties include digging trenches, installing conduit, assisting crews with fiber placement, and restoring job sites. This is hands-on, outdoor work supporting the delivery of fiber service to customers.

Responsibilities:

-Dig trenches and holes by hand or with equipment

-Assist with installing conduit, handholes, vaults, and fiber optic cable

-Backfill, compact, and restore work areas

-Load/unload materials and tools

-Maintain a safe and clean job site

-Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors

-Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean and working condition

-Follow all safety rules and company procedures

Requirements:

-Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 75 lbs

-Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

-Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

-Construction or telecom experience a plus, not required

-Valid driver's license preferred

-Spanish speaking is a plus, not required

Pay & Benefits:
