About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Care Representative to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and ensuring that prospective homebuyers are engaged, informed, and guided through their journey. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, making outbound calls to warm leads—individuals who have already expressed interest by registering on our platforms. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs, answer their questions, and connect them with our experienced real estate agents. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop foundational skills in customer engagement, sales, and real estate, with clear pathways for career advancement within the company.

Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal communication skills and a passion for helping others. Prior experience in outbound calling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle rejection with professionalism. The ability to navigate CRM systems, manage detailed notes, and multitask efficiently is essential. Candidates must be available to work in our Eagle, Idaho office on a full-time basis, with flexibility for some evenings and weekends as needed. A career-driven mindset and a desire to grow within the real estate industry are highly valued.

Responsibilities
Your Mission:

  • The Connector: Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads who have registered on our websites, ensuring each interaction is personalized and engaging. (Note: This is not cold calling from a phone book.)
  • The Detective: Ask insightful questions to uncover clients' needs, timelines, and budgets, building rapport and trust throughout the conversation.
  • The Matchmaker: Identify prospective buyers' specific requirements and connect them with our top-tier real estate agents who can best meet their needs.
  • The Organizer: Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects within our CRM system, maintaining detailed notes and follow-up schedules to ensure no opportunities are missed.
