Patient Care Coordinator

We're on a mission to uplift the health of our community, naturally, through Chiropractic Care. Our Chiropractic Assistant's are the face of our company and are the first step in providing quality service and an uplifting experience to our practice members.

The Front Desk Team Member's responsibility is to continually engage with practice members to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service. Applicants will be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.

This position is for someone who is a "people person", enjoys a high pace environment and has a passion to lead others into a healthy lifestyle.

This team member must exemplify health and desire to lead a natural, drug free, life style.

The position is for morning hours Monday/Wed/Thurs 6:30am - 10:30am & afternoons from 3-7pm Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs (8pm on Monday's)

Requirements:

• Must be a positive, client centered person who puts others first.
• Be a fast learner (we have a team training manual with our office procedures that must be memorized you first month) ie answering the phone, scheduling appointments etc
• Enthusiastic upbeat personality who brightens the room.
• Must exhibit a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
• Someone that takes initiative and cares for our patients and clinic like their own
• Has the ability to Multi Task
• Thrive when busy, be self motivated and on track with tasks
• Organized and detail oriented

Applicants must be able to complete our Core 3:

• Communicate enthusiastically
