What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with the Project Director to develop project charters outlining design and implementation requirements
• Manage project scope, including design, contractor coordination, testing, training, and startup activities
• Oversee project budget and timelines for assigned scope
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment
• Generate timely communication regarding project status and pending issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a project manager, project engineer, or in a related occupation
• Experience managing automation or construction projects exceeding $5MM
• Proficiency in project management software for planning and tracking projects
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's Degree and/or PMP certification
• Prior experience in consulting, Six-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen
• Demonstrated knowledge in warehouse operations, design, and process improvement
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements
