Job description

Triple, Inc. is a registered AS9100/D manufacturer of precision components for the aerospace industry. These components include matched valves for fuel systems, spindles and shafts for motors and pumps, pistons and shoes for hydraulic actuators and various close tolerance housings. Triple has worked in the aerospace and defense industry for over 70 years.

Full Time hours/ weekly)

Current Day shift is Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:30pm and Saturday (as required)

Current Night shift is Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 3:30am and Friday 4:00pm – 12:00am

Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

· Programming straight from a blueprint using conversational programming or MasterCam 2026; perform edits, tool changes and set-ups as required

· Run (2) CNC lathe machines based on provided programs, work instructions and blueprints

· Setup CNC lathe machines for jobs based on provided programs and work instructions

· Understand G-Code programming

· Able to perform adjustments necessary to maintain good parts at required production rate

· Perform first piece and in-process inspections using required inspection equipment

· Document manufactured measurements as required by work instructions

· Maintain safe operations by following all safety procedures

· Maintain equipment through regularly documented preventative maintenance charts

Required Skills

· Program & Set-Up of CNC Lathes

· Proficient understanding of blueprints including GD&T

· Proficient with inspection equipment to check parts

· Good communication skills

· Must be a team player with great attitude

· Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skill

· Strong attention to detail

Qualifications and Requirements

· Knowledge of programming straight from a blueprint using conversational programming or MasterCam 2026

· Experience with Haas and/or Mori-Seiki machines

· 2+ years as a CNC Lathe operator

· Must be a citizen of The United States
