About the Opportunity:
As the Professional Services Manager (Project/Program Management), you will lead a team of Project Managers to ensure efficient use of deployment resources and deliver projects on time and within budget. You will oversee customer deployment projects, drive program and process initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. You will be responsible for portfolio delivery efficiency, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role is key in developing and implementing the Platform Services delivery methodology.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers to foster a high-performance culture
• Staff, coach, and upskill team members according to career plans and ambitions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of platform solutions into existing security frameworks
• Report on key performance indicators and present findings to executive leadership
• Ensure PMO practices align with overall risk management strategy
• Apply delivery methodology, implement project standards, and minimize exposure and risk
Requirements:
• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience or equivalent military experience
• Masters in management discipline is a plus
• Proficiency with project management software such as Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight, or JIRA
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills including use of spreadsheets, project management tools, and prioritization
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with upper management, clients, and other departments
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines promptly and effectively
• Project Management Institute PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
• Ability to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment

Compensation:
• Base salary range for all U.S. candidates is $140,000 to $195,000 per year
• Eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off
• Placement within pay range depends on factors such as relevant experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location
