Med Spa Receptionist

Full-Time Receptionist & Medical Assistant at Our Medical Spa

Are you friendly, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of the beauty and wellness industry? Our busy and growing medical spa is looking for a full-time Receptionist & Medical Assistant to be the warm, welcoming face of our practice while also assisting with clinical and day-to-day operations.

In this role, you'll support both the front desk and the clinical team, helping ensure smooth patient flow and a positive experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with our Medical Director and providers to assist with scheduling, patient communication, and basic medical support tasks.

What You'll Do:

• Greet clients and ensure a positive check-in and check-out experience
• Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-ups
• Manage patient forms, contact information, and appointment reminders
• Assist with basic medical and clinical tasks as directed (vitals, room prep, patient flow support)
• Share basic treatment information and help patients understand their care plans
• Communicate professionally with patients via phone, text, and email
• Support the Medical Director and clinical staff with administrative and operational tasks
• Coordinate with vendors and assist with general office organization
• Occasionally attend events or meetings as a representative of our practice

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience as a receptionist, medical assistant, or in a medical, spa, or customer service setting (training available for the right fit)
• Is friendly, professional, and makes patients feel comfortable and confident
• Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Has strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge
• Is eager to learn and grow within the role
