About Us

Yoli Homes is a trauma‑informed residential program in Baton Rouge dedicated to empowering young women transitioning from foster care to independence. We provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where residents can heal, grow, and build the skills needed for long‑term success.

The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, strategic, and highly organized Program Director to lead our residential program. This role is central to ensuring compliance with DCFS licensing standards while fostering a culture of dignity, accountability, and empowerment. The Program Director will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and design programming that balances structure with emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage program staff with clear expectations and trauma‑informed guidance

  • Ensure compliance with DCFS/LDH regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies

  • Oversee scheduling, transportation, and documentation systems to maintain smooth operations

  • Build community partnerships and connect residents with local resources (healthcare, education, employment)

  • Monitor program outcomes and report progress to leadership and licensing agencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in program management or residential care

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience with trauma‑informed care and youth empowerment preferred

  • Ability to balance empathy with accountability in staff and resident relationships
