We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives in the healthcare software market. The ideal candidate will have direct experience selling healthcare software solutions and a strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, workflows, buyer personas, and decision-making structures. This role requires a consultative and strategic seller who can effectively communicate software value, ROI, and outcomes while managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for healthcare software/SaaS solutions.
- Identify, target, and engage hospitals, clinics, healthcare networks, physician groups, and other healthcare providers.
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, IT, and executive decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare software platform, including features, integrations, compliance considerations, and use cases.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition, ROI, and business impact of healthcare software to both clinical and executive audiences.
- Deliver customized product demos and presentations aligned to customer workflows and pain points.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and sales reporting, providing regular insights to leadership.
- Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of sales experience with mandatory exposure to healthcare sales.
- Proven experience selling healthcare software or healthcare SaaS solutions (e.g., EHR/EMR, RCM, HealthTech platforms, clinical or operational healthcare systems).
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, buyer personas, compliance needs, and purchasing processes.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Mandatory experience selling SaaS or cloud-based healthcare software.
- Excellent value-based selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities independently and strategically.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and CRM reporting skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70, $90,000.00 per year
