Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Customer Service Representative. Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills with a strong focus on delivering excellent service
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service Representatives functions, including managing inquiries and resolving issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a remote environment
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
