Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties
- Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments to identify client needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and modify treatment strategies as needed
- Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in treatment approaches
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct intake assessments and participate in ongoing patient evaluations to refine intervention strategies
Skills
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) methodologies
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and documentation for clinical purposes
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare documentation standards
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward clients and families
- Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations effectively
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information
