Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash transactions and processing payments efficiently.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product promotions.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when answering calls and assisting customers over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance customer interactions.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
• Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
