The Contribution You'll Bring To This Role
We are looking for a proven
Business Development Manager
who can help us achieve our goal of driving exponential growth over the next several years. You will contribute to our success by specifying and implementing effective sales and business development initiatives in line with the global strategy. You will be responsible for leading sales efforts in your
targeted vertical (construction)
by identifying and growing with targeted key end-users, distributors, and/or buying groups; as well as by aligning existing channel and independent manufacturing reps to our activities. You will also create/identify targeted end-user call campaigns for our inside sales team.
In this role, you will report directly to the VP Sales Operations, setting the stage for your career to soar This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

What You'll Do At Justrite
- Develop and execute sales strategies for end-users in the construction industry to achieve company targets and revenue goals.
- Drive brand preference and/or end-user specification at large end-users in targeted verticals – construction companies, general contractors, sub-contractors, etc.
