About the Role:

The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within the organization to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency of facilities and equipment. Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proven experience managing teams and coordinating complex maintenance projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification such as Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP).
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Background in budgeting and financial management related to maintenance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and schedules to maximize equipment reliability and facility uptime.

• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and inventory management for maintenance supplies and equipment.
