Your Mission
The Sales Coordinator supports Elevate's growing sales pipeline through thoughtful communication, efficient scheduling, and consistent organization.
You'll work directly with the Sales Manager to manage leads, schedule presentations, and keep the client experience running seamlessly — ensuring that no inquiry goes unanswered and every presentation is set up for success.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for new leads, ensuring quick, friendly, and personalized communication
Follow up with inquiries through email, text, and phone to schedule consultations and maintain consistent engagement
Manage the scheduling of all sales presentations and confirmations within the CRM
Maintain accurate and organized client data, presentation details, and reporting metrics
Track conversion rates and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager
Support marketing and sales campaigns through lead follow-up and coordination
Work one late evening shift per week to assist with after-hours inquiries and lighten the load for the sales team, as well as occasional weekend availability as needed
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every client
What You Bring to the Team
Excellent communication and people skills — you genuinely enjoy connecting with clients
Strong organization and attention to detail
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar)
Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools (preferred)
Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
Availability for occasional evenings and weekends
Experience with sales or as an entertainer, DJ, or in the events & hospitality industry (preferred, not required)
