We're looking for someone who enjoys execution, brings strong analytical and organizational skills, and is comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a growing company. If you like owning processes end to end and making things run better every month, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Finance Operations

  • Own customer invoicing and collections, from invoice creation to follow-up on purchase orders and receivables
  • Review and validate vendor and partner invoices; coordinate accruals and resolve discrepancies
  • Review and approve employee expenses and resolve issues independently
  • Support reconciliation between CRM and accounting systems
  • Track operational spend and support budgeting and spend analysis

Reporting & Metrics

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly metrics for partners and internal stakeholders
  • Produce recurring HR and operational reports for leadership
  • Create ad hoc reports and improve reporting processes over time

Operations & People Support

  • Manage office-related vendors and operational services
  • Maintain a centralized operational calendar and coordinate cross-functional deadlines
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, merchandise programs, and occasional corporate events

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • Core finance operations (invoicing, vendor payments, expenses) run smoothly with minimal errors or escalations.
  • CRM, finance, and reporting data are consistently accurate and well-documented.
  • Leadership and partners rely on recurring reports with confidence in their accuracy and timeliness.
  • Operational workflows, calendars, and vendors are proactively managed without last-minute fire drills.
  • Process improvements reduce manual effort and increase visibility as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Finance Operations, Business Analysis, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with
QuickBooks, Salesforce, Emburse (or similar tools)
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing recurring deadlines
  • Clear communicator who works well across teams with minimal supervision

Why This Role

  • High ownership and visibility across the business
  • Opportunity to improve and scale core operational processes
  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Hybrid / remote flexibility

Salary Range:

$85,000 – $105,000 base (U.S.), depending on experience
