Position Overview
Harrison Properties is seeking a dedicated property maintenace technition to manage the care, upkeep,and improvement of our properties in Commerce City, CO. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, functional, and visually appealing properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal and plowing to ensure safe property access
• Maintain landscaping and lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal upkeep
• Execute property improvements and general repairs
• Conduct handyman tasks and routine maintenance as needed
• Ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-presented

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, landscaping, or related handyman work
• Ability to safely operate snow plowing and landscaping equipment
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Skills / Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with irrigation systems or minor electrical/plumbing repairs
• Prior property management or facilities maintenance experience
