Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, print, and digital advertising.
- Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns using tools like WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and gather insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Coordinate advertising sales efforts by creating compelling proposals and managing client relationships.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and measure campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Oversee social media marketing initiatives on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other social networks to boost engagement and brand visibility.
- Support product management teams by developing promotional materials and coordinating product launches.
- Assist in budgeting processes for marketing projects while tracking expenses to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support B2B (business-to-business) marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Create and post engaging content for social media (Instagram, email, flyers, etc.)
- Promote upcoming semesters, classes, showcases, and events
- Draft marketing emails and newsletters for parents
- Help manage enrollment campaigns and outreach efforts
- Assist with branding, messaging, and community engagement
- Collaborate with leadership to plan marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with social media marketing or content creation
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or similar tools (preferred)
- Interest in education, youth programs, or speech & debate is a plus
