Grace Optimal Wellness is seeking a dedicated Integrative Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. We provide top-quality patient care in a calm, healing environment, specializing in functional and integrative medicine. This role supports our mission by assisting with medical and administrative tasks to enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Triage: Manage incoming messages and phone calls, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses. Address portal messages. Accurately document patient interactions and chart updates.

Clinical Tasks: Appointment preparation - take patient vitals (e.g., pulse, temperature, blood pressure), body composition, review medications and supplements and record them in patient charts. Keeping chart updated.

Lab & Phlebotomy: Prepare supplies, conduct blood draws, process specimens, and handle lab orders.

Prescription Support: Assist with prescription refills.

Patient Support: Prepare rooms, educate patients on procedures/labs, and manage take-home kits.

Additional Duties: Support ordering of medical supplies and handle other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). 2 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE.

Phlebotomy skills are a must. Strong computer skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Abilities: Organized, with strong multitasking skills.

Computer skills for EMR (Cerbo, GoHighLevel CRM) . Good communication skills for optimal patient support and an ideal team player. Friendly, calm demeanor and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude. Eager to foster a supportive environment where patients feel valued and cared for.

Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 2pm on Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
