The Role

Ada is seeking a Creative Team Lead, who will be responsible for defining our visual expression, driving brand consistency across all channels, and managing the creation of high-impact marketing assets (web, social, email, visuals, videos, events).

Responsibilities
  • Creative Execution: Inspire a positive, creative culture by projecting a sense of ownership that elevates the standards and quality of all work achieved by the Creative Team.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team (designer(s), web developer(s), video production).
  • Individual Contribution: Develop and produce a variety of marketing materials such as ebooks, brochures, ads, landing pages, infographics, events, presentations, social graphics, videos, and more.
  • Executive Engagement: Work closely with the CEO and other executives to craft unique stories and content.
  • Project Management: Oversee the full creative lifecycle—from concept to completion—managing workflows, timelines, and priorities. Proactively communicate status with recipients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing teams and other teams across the organization to drive up standards of design and creativity.
  • Brand Governance: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively, manage budget, and forecast accurately.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze creative campaign performance to optimize impact and ROI.
  • AI & Innovation: Regularly identify AI technologies to continuously drive new ideas, significant productivity and efficiency gains.
About You
  • Experience: 5 years in a senior creative role, with 2–3 years of experience leading or managing creative teams, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital marketing campaigns, and B2B-focused creative work.
  • Tools: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, ).
  • Communication: Exceptional leadership and communication skills to present ideas to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Mindset: Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on, high-quality execution.
  • Technical Familiarity: Understanding of web building platforms (Sanity, Hubspot), basic coding constraints.

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 CAD
Pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. #LI-NS1
