We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Executive Support Operator with leadership experience and strong organizational skills who can join our team.
The Executive Support Operator is a hybrid administrative and operational role that supports Surefox's physical security programs. This position is responsible for providing administrative, analytical, and program support to guard forces and leadership, while also performing operational duties, including covering physical security posts and responding to incidents as needed. The role requires the ability to transition between administrative responsibilities and active, on-site security operations to ensure continuous coverage and compliance with program requirements.

Base Pay is $45.59
Work Schedule: 8 hour days, 40 hours a week
*Must be willing to work days, swings, and graves shifts.What You Will Do
  • Provide administrative and program support to guard forces across assigned accounts.

  • Cover operational security posts as needed to ensure continuity of physical security services.

  • Perform physical security duties, including on-site presence, monitoring, and response as required by operational demands.

  • Receive and manage incoming communications related to staffing, scheduling, and operational needs across Residential Security Team, Executive Protection, and Off-Duty Officer programs.

  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and last-minute operational changes, including after-hours response when required.

  • Collaborate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational policies and procedures.

  • Design, support, and assist in the delivery of training programs for operational personnel.

  • Ensure accurate timekeeping records for assigned personnel, including conducting audits and identifying discrepancies.

  • Perform timecard closeouts, including review of early, late, or missing timecards, in accordance with company policy.

  • Analyze attendance data and schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels and coverage across programs.

  • Utilize operational and timekeeping data to support recruitment, retention, and workforce planning initiatives.

  • Independently manage complex projects or initiatives assigned by senior leadership.

  • Exercise sound judgment and provide input on operational and strategic decisions.

  • Prepare detailed reports and relevant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics, and assist with the creation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for assigned accounts.

  • Travel to client or company sites as required to support operational or administrative needs.
     

What Is Required
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

  • Onsite presence is required.

  • Must be willing to work from a Surefox office location (San Francisco or Sunnyvale).

  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and variable schedules based on operational demands.

  • Must be willing and able to travel to client and company sites as required.

  • Due to the operational nature of the role, flexible time away is not available; time off must be coordinated to ensure uninterrupted coverage.

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 2–5 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or a similar role.

  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening (Surefox considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws).

  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office.

  • Experience supporting or interfacing with physical security operations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with executive leadership.

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make timely decisions under pressure.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes and resolve unexpected issues.

  • Ability to remain onsite or respond after-hours to operational or emergency needs.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Reliable transportation is required.
