Position Summary:
MRB Maintenance is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our Maintenance and Service Department. This role focuses on developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting MRB's maintenance and service solutions to commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and maintain new and existing customer relationships
• Generate and follow up on sales leads for maintenance and service contracts
• Conduct in-person sales calls and site visits
• Prepare and present service proposals and pricing
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales (construction, maintenance, or service industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49, $50,000.00 per year
