DevSecOps Engineer

Basic Qualifications:

• Cloud Platforms
  : Expertise in both Azure and AWS, including their security services, networking, and cloud-native tools.
• CI/CD Tools
  : Strong experience with Jenkins for automating build and deployment pipelines.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  : Proficiency in Terraform for defining and managing infrastructure.
• Containerization
  : In-depth experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Configuration Management
  : Skilled in Ansible for automating server provisioning and configuration.
• Automation
  : Strong focus on automation, with the ability to script and automate complex tasks using tools such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Security
  : Understanding of security best practices, including securing infrastructure, automating security checks, and ensuring compliance.
• Collaboration
  : Ability to work closely with development, security, and operations teams to foster a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvement.
• Education & Experience:
  Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field, with 10 years' professional experience. Total of 20 years' experience may be accepted in lieu of Masters' Degree.

Nice to Have:

• Relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, or security (e.g., AWS Certified Security, Azure Security Engineer).
• Experience with additional CI/CD and DevSecOps tools such as Jira, Slack, Bitbucket, GitHub, or others.
• Prior V.A. experience.
