POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Residential Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the Inspired Living residential program while providing direct support to residents. This role ensures a safe, supportive, and compliant living environment for adults with developmental disabilities by coordinating staff, monitoring resident care, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

· Coordinate daily residential operations to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

· Serve as a point of contact for staff, families/guardians, and agency partners regarding resident needs.

· Ensure staff are following individual support plans and program policies.

· Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of residential direct support staff.

· Support scheduling coverage to maintain appropriate staffing ratios.

· Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation.

· Monitor compliance with health and safety standards, and organizational policies.

· Communicate incidents, concerns, or changes in resident status to leadership promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Valid Florida Driver's License with acceptable driving record

· Minimum of 2–3 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

· Ability to pass Level 2 background screening

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

PREFFERED:

· Prior supervisory or lead experience in a residential or group home setting

· Medication Administration Validation

· First Aid / CPR certification

· Experience with APD regulations and documentation requirements
