Engineering Success & Growth Manager (ESGM)

The role will work cross-functionally with technical leaders, product partners, and HR to ensure engineers are supported, engaged, and positioned for success in a high-performing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Career Development & Growth

Build and maintain career development frameworks aligned to goals and engineering roles.

Provide 1:1 coaching for engineers on skill development, growth paths, and performance milestones.

Support performance reviews by providing insights, frameworks, and calibration tools.

Functional Excellence

Define and maintain role expectations and skill matrices for all defined Product Delivery engineering domains.

Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and learning initiatives across functions.

Partner with Product Delivery leadership to identify skill gaps and align training initiatives.

Experience in software engineering, engineering leadership, or engineering operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $70.30 per hour
