Many of our builders learned woodworking from family or mentors, and we continue that spirit of craftsmanship and teaching every day.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC routers to machine custom wood doors and frames.

• Read and interpret shop drawings, work orders, and hardware templates.

• Machine parts with precision to ensure proper fit and function of hardware.

• Use precision measuring tools (like calipers and tape measures) to verify tolerances.

• Identify and help prevent potential issues — we look out for each other here.

• Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe.

• Learn a variety of wood species and hardware components as you grow.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn from mistakes.

• Strong interest in learning to operate CNC machinery.

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Comfort with math, measurements, and reading technical drawings.

• Ability to manage time well and work independently or on a team.

• Prior experience in woodworking, manufacturing, or machining a plus, but not required.
