Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, and baked goods following established recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all baked items are fresh, properly proofed, and visually appealing before serving or packaging
• Assist with cake decorating and pastry preparation to enhance product variety and presentation
• Package baked goods efficiently for retail display or delivery while maintaining food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery station, including equipment sanitation and stock rotation
• Support food production processes by measuring ingredients accurately and adhering to food handling protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or culinary environments, especially with bread making
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various baking tools and equipment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with cake decorating, packaging, and food presentation techniques is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Previous restaurant or catering experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
