Bartender/server

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing and serving beverages and food, managing customer orders efficiently, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. A passion for the food and beverage industry, along with excellent customer service abilities, is essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and billing procedures efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices

• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their experience and address any concerns promptly

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
• Strong skills in serving, cash handling, retail math, and basic math calculations are important
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is required
• Experience working in the food industry with a focus on customer service excellence is essential
