Now Hiring Evening/Weekend Supervisor at Mallon Place

Are you a compassionate, motivated caregiver looking to step into a leadership role? Mallon Place is seeking a Certified Caregiver (CNA or HCA) to join our team as the Evening/Weekend Supervisor. In this role, you'll provide hands-on care while supporting and guiding our dedicated care staff to ensure excellent resident services.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Friday through Tuesday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm
• Pay: $23–$24/hour (depending on experience)
• Rotating On-Call responsibilities with other supervisors
• Eligible for $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (after 90 days with 95%+ attendance and no corrective action)

What You'll Need to Join Us:

• CNA or HCA certification in Washington State (or valid NAR grandfathered in)
• CPR/First Aid certification (we can help with this)
• Food Handler's Permit (within 14 days of hire)
• Willingness to complete company-provided training in mental health, dementia, developmental disabilities, and therapeutic options within 60 days
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check (per WA DSHS requirements)
• Leadership ability, professional communication, and a true passion for person-centered care

Your Role: Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including medication administration, ADLs, and documentation
• Supervise and support caregivers during evening and weekend shifts
• Ensure compliance with care plans, safety standards, and company policies
• Respond to emergencies and address resident or staff concerns promptly
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented environment and act as a role model for staff
• Participate in the rotating On-Call supervisor schedule
