Join ECAM as a Low-Voltage Field Service Technician
ECAM, a leader in outdoor video surveillance, is hiring a Field Service Technician in Lodi, CA. In this hands-on role, you'll install, service, and maintain Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs), CCTV systems, and alarms. You'll perform regular maintenance checks, support field projects, manage inventory, and ensure that equipment operates at peak performance.

Your Responsibilities As Position Title

  • Ensure all Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs) and commercial sites under maintenance agreements are fully operational, clean, and accurately documented. Perform weekly preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to guarantee timely, on-budget project completion.
  • Support subcontractors, installers, project coordinators, engineering managers, and sales personnel by conducting thorough site surveys.
  • Provide consistent communication and updates to branch staff.
  • Prepare and submit detailed daily activity reports.
  • Stay current and knowledgeable in mobile surveillance systems and related technologies.
  • Manage and update MSU and job site inventory records.
  • Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
