Position Summary
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled
General Dentist
to join our dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care for infants, children, adults, and older adults, while also supporting patient education and promoting preventive oral health strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and related oral structures
- Conduct patient exams, review medical/dental histories, and perform comprehensive evaluations
- Prescribe medications as appropriate and chart all pathologic conditions
- Design and fit dentures and other appliances to replace diseased or missing teeth
- Provide preventive dental care including fluoride applications and sealants
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and diet-related dental health
- Collaborate with community partners and other healthcare providers for referrals and consultations
- Assist in supervising dental hygienists, assistants, and x-ray quality standards
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in on-call rotation and support overall dental operations
- Promote and uphold Noble's mission, vision, and code of conduct in all professional duties
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited dental school with a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree
- Active license to practice dentistry in the State of Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
- Possess current DEA registration and prescribing privileges
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Pediatric dentistry experience or public health dentistry background is a plus
