Summary:

This position plays a critical role in building and sustaining a strong talent pipeline for The Daily Grace co. with a primary focus on sourcing, lead generation, and early career recruiting. This role is highly relational, externally facing, and proactively representing TDGC at university job fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities to attract candidates who are both skilled and mission aligned. This role partners closely with the Director of HR and hiring managers to ensure TDGC has a steady flow of qualified, values-aligned candidates across creative, editorial, marketing, and operations roles.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required. 
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, campus recruiting, or sourcing preferred.
  • Experience attending or coordinating university job fairs, career events, or recruiting outreach strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable representing TDGC publicly at recruiting events and campuses.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through Linkedin, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines at once
  • Deep alignment with the mission and values of The Daily Grace Co.
  • Ability to travel multiple weeks throughout the year for various recruiting efforts

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
    1. Proactively source candidates for open and anticipated roles using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
    2. Build and maintain talent pipelines for key job families, including early-career and internship-level roles
    3. Identify and engage passive candidates through thoughtful, personalized outreach.
    4. Track and nurture candidate leads for future hiring needs
    5. Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing notes in the ATS.
  2. University & Event Recruiting
    1. Represent TDGC at university job fairs, career days, and recruiting events.
    2. Travel to partner universities and colleges to build relationships with career centers and faculty.
    3. Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up for recruiting events. 
    4. Build long-term university partnerships to support ongoing talent pipelines.

     3.Recruiting Support & Candidate Experience

    1. Conduct initial resume reviews and phone/video screens with an emphasis on culture fit and values alignment.
    2. Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
    3. Ensure a warm, timely, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
    4. Support reference checks and pre-employment screenings as needed.

Strategy, Reporting & Collaboration

    1. Track sourcing effectiveness, lead conversion, and pipeline health.
    2. Provide regular updates on talent pipelines and sourcing activity.
    3. Support workforce planning by anticipating upcoming hiring needs.
    4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
    5. Contribute to recruiting process improvements

Culture & Representation

    1. Serve as a culture ambassador for TDGC in all external recruiting interactions.
    2. Ensure recruiting practices reflect TDGC's values and commitment to excellence.
