Role Description As a Staywarm Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer engagement, helping clients upgrade their heating systems and select the perfect cover packages. This role is focused on warm, inbound, or pre-qualified leads – no cold calling!

Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer calls and reach out to existing clients and online enquiries to provide solutions
Engage customers via phone and email to understand their needs
Recommend and sell replacement boilers and heating cover packages
Manage your own customer accounts, including follow-ups and call backs
Handle objections and guide customers to the best solutions
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
