This position plays a critical role in protecting American interests by safeguarding borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing economic prosperity.

Main responsibilities include enforcing customs, immigration laws, and agriculture regulations; facilitating trade; conducting inspections; determining admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States; preventing illegal entry of individuals/prohibited goods/smuggling of contraband.
Newly appointed Customs Officers will be part of our 60+ workforce striving to protect America's borders. They participate in typical assignments such as: , detaining violators using proper law enforcement methods/enforcing laws relating importing/exporting/international shipping/determining threats/risk assessments.
