Ecolab is seeking a Production Technician to join our team in City of Industry, CA. As a Production Technician, you'll help deliver products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You'll operate machinery and equipment, follow standard procedures, and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills, make a meaningful impact, and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
  • Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records
  • Load materials and products into package processing equipment
  • Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers, using hand tools
  • Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools
  • Transport packages to customers' vehicles
  • Perform other job duties, as assigned

Position Details:

  • Plant Location: City of Industry, CA
  • Work Week & Shift: M - F 2:00pm - 10:30pm w/ OT required, as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a plant or warehouse environment
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this role

Physical Requirements of Position:

  • Lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs
  • Standing for long periods of time

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

$25.00 - $30.00 / hour, depending on experience. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
