HR Data Analyst Location: Milton Keynes - MK4 3FU (Hybrid) Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday. To maintain the integrity of the data in Oracle and other related People Services systems. To provide appropriate, accurate and timely People Services and People Management information for line managers and HR team. Provide high-quality, consistent advice, support and resolution to managers, employees and outside parties, within agreed parameters in order to maximise customer efficiency, effectiveness and confidence. Monitor and maintain organisational data in Oracle, commissioning the rectification any data issues. Manage the timely and accurate mass uploads of data on the HR systems. What do we need from you?
Able to accurately manipulate large quantities of data. Proficient in Excel - Essential Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, resolving issues and understanding drivers/needs. Ability to analyse and interpret complex written information. Ability to make sound and timely decisions based on analysis of the relevant information and deliver innovative solutions to complex problems. Good written and verbal communication with exposure to working with stakeholders at a senior level. Excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated, well-organised, and self-reliant. Why join us?
