Responsibilities
Lead discovery activities for a B2B enterprise platform, identifying user needs and defining project scope.
Design high-quality, user-centered solutions that support efficient self-service options and internal workflows.
Create detailed sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts effectively.
Develop clear and compelling data visualizations for complex information to enhance user understanding.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform iterative design improvements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design to ensure cohesive user experiences.
Facilitate workshops and contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable design system.
Participate actively in feedback sessions and engage with the broader design community to stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications The successful candidate will possess extensive experience designing digital products, particularly within B2B or complex system environments. A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work on similar projects is essential, with a focus on the full product lifecycle from conception to delivery. Proficiency in Figma is mandatory, along with a solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing. The candidate should be comfortable working within fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills. A background in creating effective data visualizations and experience working on scalable design systems will be advantageous. Benefits This contract position offers a competitive assignment rate starting at £400+ per day, dependent on experience.
