Tax Manager

We are a boutique CPA firm headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, serving high-net-worth individuals, small to mid-sized businesses, and professional service firms across a range of industries. We're known for our white-glove service, high-touch relationships, and deep technical expertise. We're seeking a Tax Manager who can hit the ground running, managing complex tax engagements and providing proactive planning for clients. You'll work directly with business owners and high-net-worth individuals, supported by a collaborative, experienced team. This is a work-from-home job. You will have to on occasion come into the office, mainly to meet with clients or go meet the clients at their office.

Responsibilities

• Review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns (primarily 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041)
• Assist in running the workflow of the tax department
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients
• Supervise and mentor staff and senior accountants
• Coordinate workflow, deadlines, and client communications
• Research complex tax matters and communicate findings clearly to clients
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology integration

What We're Looking For

• CPA license required
• 6+ years of recent public accounting experience, with a strong tax focus
• Experience reviewing complex returns and managing client relationships
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85, $105,000.00 per year
