Skills & Experiences Required :

• · Cross-functional coordination and offshore team co-ordination
• · Product lifecycle management and regulatory documentation
• · System-level technical expertise and troubleshooting
• · Project scoping, planning, and execution
• · Prototype bench testing, module testing and system level testing
• · Change control and compliance management
• · Component engineering and advanced equipment handling (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
• · Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork and multitasking skills
• · Development and qualification of electromechanical components such as Switch assemblies, cable assemblies, PCBAs.
• · Understand Measurement Systems analysis and understanding establishing calibration requirements.
• · Work with suppliers to meet established cost, quality, and performance requirements.
• · Work with suppliers on component qualification activities and monitor the execution.

• · Design review, DFMEA, DFM & Board Revision
• · Low-level Embedded drivers development for on-board peripherals & Motor control
• · Schematics & BOM updates for PCBAs
• · Write Module test plan and execution
• · Writing Engineering Studies for board level & device level testing
