What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and oversee complex, high-impact projects within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)
• Mentor and guide Project Managers in best practices for project delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Align projects with system-wide strategic priorities to ensure sustainable outcomes
• Drive adherence to project management methodologies across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field required
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Experience in healthcare, IT, and/or other regulated industries is required
• Previous EPMO or PMO experience is required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
• Additional certifications in Agile or Lean Six Sigma
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
