Our client is a renewable energy company based in downtown Denver, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being the go-to support that keeps an office running smoothly. You bring positive, upbeat energy to your work while also being the reliable doer who gets things done. If you take a roll-up-your-sleeves approach and take pride in the small details that make everyone's day smoother, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do Day To Day:

  • Handle mail and packages

so that deliveries reach the right person and nothing piles up.
- Manage the kitchen

(dishwasher, coffee, fridge, etc.) so that the office stays clean and stocked, maintaining an orderly work environment
- Order and restock supplies through

so that basic office items are always available and spending stays reasonable.
- Coordinate with vendors

(building, parking, IT helpdesk, water, etc.) so that small issues are addressed quickly and vendors stay responsive.
- Prepare conference rooms and A/V setups

so that meetings and conference calls start smoothly and equipment is ready.
- Keep shared areas and storage organized

so that the office feels functional and easy to navigate.
- Support impromptu administrative needs of the leadership team

so that small, time-sensitive tasks get handled without slowing down higher-level work.
- Assist with minor website updates

or internal communication needs so that simple initiatives and content changes don't stall.
- Support in planning team gatherings and events

in a way that strengthens connection and keeps logistics smooth for team meetings, happy hours, or recognition moments.

Who You'll Work With:

  • You'll report directly to the CEO, who leads a lean, collaborative executive team focused on renewable energy development.

This role is for you if…

  • You naturally
see what needs doing and do it

without waiting to be asked.
- You take pride in keeping things running smoothly —
clean spaces, stocked supplies, working tech

— because details matter to you.
- You're the kind of person coworkers describe as
dependable, calm, and upbeat

, even when juggling multiple small tasks.
- You enjoy
solving simple problems fast

, whether that's tracking down an invoice error or figuring out how to reset the Wi-Fi.
- You like a mix of structure and freedom — you're organized, but you don't need someone to hand you a checklist every day.
- You communicate clearly and respectfully, keeping everyone in the loop without over-communicating.
- You're comfortable in a professional office and
represent the company well

when visitors or vendors walk in.

This role is not for you if…

  • You need
    constant direction or reassurance

before moving forward.
- You get easily frustrated when answers aren't obvious or systems aren't perfect.
- You prefer to work behind the scenes with
no in-person interaction

— this job includes being a friendly presence in the office.
- You think tasks like stocking the kitchen or handling mail are beneath you.
- You struggle to follow through or let small details slide until they become big problems.
- You see part-time work as a placeholder until you find something full-time.
- You've never worked in an office management, administrative, or executive assistant role — this position requires someone who already understands how an office runs day-to-day.

Requirements

  • Must be able to
work on-site in downtown Denver 2–3 weekdays (Mon–Thu)

and handle physical tasks like mail, packages, and light office upkeep.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)

Role Specifics:

  • Part-Time
  • 1099
  • 15-20 hours per week
  • $30-45/hr depending on experience
  • United States
