Occupational Therapist

Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist seeking flexible, per-diem work in a supportive and resident-centered environment? St. Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation is looking for a PRN OT to join our dedicated therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care on your schedule while working in a collaborative healthcare setting.

• Conduct evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Document all care accurately using the Net Health EMR system.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals and home programs.

• Current Vermont Occupational Therapist license (required).
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred.
• Proficiency with Net Health or similar electronic medical record systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
