Sr. E Commerce Marketing Manager

This is a senior role and will have significant responsibilities in driving growth of our website powered by Shopify. This role will drive growth of the web channel by pushing new sales and growth strategies. This is an individual contributor role but will have potential to lead the business as GM. Must have ecommerce experience with significant accomplishments. Requires work during US work timings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Grow the channel and achieve revenue and income goals
• Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies to drive sales growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across our website on Shopify
• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SMS Marketing, Klaviyo, and email marketing channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services across online and offline channels.
• Analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing decisions and improve ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce marketing to continuously improve skills.
• Create new listings and manage catalogue.
• Leverage channels such as SMS, Email, Google Ads etc.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, SEO, Google,CPS, content).

Ideal Candidate:

• Has 5+ years of eCommerce experience driving website sales.
• Has experience growing brands online.
• Is very well versed with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads
• Has deep experience and understand nuances of identifying customers and reaching them.
• Has worked during night time and has no issue working in US timezone
• Understand business fundamentals and is comfortable with numbers.
• Excellent communication skills
