Now Hiring: Full-Time Restaurant Manager (Upscale Casual / Full-Service)

We're a locally owned neighborhood Italian restaurant looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who loves hospitality, teamwork, and great food & wine. This is a hands-on leadership role with real opportunities for growth, creativity, and advancement.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and service
• Train, mentor, and motivate a strong FOH team
• Foster a positive, energetic, guest-focused culture
• Manage wine, beer, and spirits purchasing & inventory
• Oversee labor, budgeting, cost controls, and P&L
• Hire, schedule, and develop team members
• Maintain high service standards, including classic cocktails
• Build vendor relationships and stay current with industry trends

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an upscale or full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
• Passion for hospitality, Italian food, and guest experience
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
• Ability to manage staff, systems, and service with confidence
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Reliable transportation and physical ability to stand/lift as needed

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $53,000 – $70,000/year (DOE)
